Grey/black trousers or shorts, white or red polo neck shirt and red sweatshirt.
All children are required to wear black, flat shoes with their school uniform (trainers are not permitted). Shoes must cover the whole of the foot, so no open sandals are permitted nor are any shoes with a raised heel.
For P.E., your child will need black shorts, a white/red t-shirt and black pumps or plain trainers. P.E. kits should be brought to school at the start of term in a P.E. bag. The children will have their own space to keep these. They stay in school and are sent home for washing at the end of each half term. Please ensure that all items of P.E. kit (and uniform) are clearly labelled with your child’s name.
Outdoor P.E. kit
During winter weather, please ensure that your child has warm grey or black clothing in addition to their usual P.E. kit, e.g. tracksuit bottoms/joggers and a jumper.
In Reception, access to our outside learning environment is required throughout the year and this means that we aim to provide opportunities for outside activities whatever the weather! Please make sure your child comes to school with a coat, particularly in Winter, and a pair of clearly labelled wellies, which can be kept in school. Please also provide spare/warm clothes either in a named bag or in your child’s P.E. bag.
It is not mandatory for logoed uniform to be worn, and suitable uniform can be purchased from general retailers and supermarkets.
The wearing of jewellery is not permitted in school. A plain watch may be worn (not one that has other functions). One plain pair of earring studs may be worn but no fancy earrings. Nose rings or other piercings are not permitted.
In P.E. lessons, all watches and earrings must be removed and given to the teacher in charge of the lesson and long hair tied back.
